Sitting it out this year. Last couple of years, the Nats my UIC had slots for fell on Labor Day weekend, which also happens to be my wife's birthday. She was good about letting me go so I could become NIF-qualified, but this year, I promise that it's all about her.

Best of luck to all those going to Nats this year!

Screw green, it ain't easy being blue!

I won't be coming here that much anymore. I might check in now and again.

Ever worked at Lagoon Park? It is a nice one. Has the UIC been selected for that one yet?

C'mon, Steve. You didn't anticipate this? Where do you think he was when he wasn't in Chisholm's ?

Good job. Now, just don't do anything stupid?

What with the question mark? Did you have a specific list of stupid things?

Brutal

I heard the 18U Gold is very hard for umpires. The UICs are looking for anything to critique you on. Don't know first hand, just from a friend who went last year.

Good luck to ya, hope you don't get beat up too bad.

18B's Prescott Az. Andy deserves the 18 gold and he will do just fine. Worked with him tonight high school 5A quarter finals. The guy is smooth even had time to give me a couple of tips between innings.

One of ours is going, too. Look for a big, bald guy from Seattle.
