Received the Fed Softball rule book for 2003.

8-2-1 and -2. The BR shall be called out when: (she) "is leagally put out prior to reaching first base."

They still don't codify how she may be "leagally" put out anywhere that I can locate.

Maybe I'm being too anal, but it is so obvious to me that something has been left out.

It is almost enough to make one register ASA!!!
