For those who are indoors all winter and working on their rules knowledge for next season, I am offering via "ContributionWare" a rules test program.
By "ContributionWare" I am giving the program to you FREE and if you find this beneficial then please contribute. If you contribute, any future updates will be FREE. This is based on last years Federation test (100 questions) and runs on MS Access ONLY.
