Wink Portland/Vancouver area
If anyone is anyone is doing H.S. in the Portland/Vancouver area I'm planning a move to Washougal and I just wondered how late do you have to start the season and what is your rain stoppage criteria? I hope to work up there next year if anyone needs help.
