This web site appears to have a draft of the official wording of the ASA rules changes posted. Get out your glasses (whoa - umpires have glasses ) 'cause the font is tiny.

Have not visited the site yet, but if Steve M. had anything
to do with it, it will be worth while regardless of size
of the lettering.

You are right Dakota, glasses a must to view the web site.

The players selected for 2002 Junior Women's National Team
did include one Texan, along with 12 Ca., 2 Pa. and 2 AZ.
players.

Glen,
Nope, I didn't have anything to do with it. But the guys who did - probaby Guy DeMao and Denny Mader are always worth listening to. I got this yesterday from Guy.

Yeah, I'm on Guy's mailing list, also. You might notice the disclaimer at the bottom that states the changes as posted are unofficial until reviewed by a board of umpires.

I do not know exactly what they do with it, but would think they would recommend slight housekeeping changes to get the wording correct as to prevent a change from having a negative affect on the altered or another playing rule.
