Will the NCAA adopt the ISF pitching rule as it pertains to the leap for 2012? (Legal, toe down)

Voted "Not Sure" because I have no idea how their rules writers think.

Now if you asked "should" or "would you like to see", I may have an answer for you.

I've workes since march/april with the new ISF-rule. It's more relaxing not having to watch that part of IP. Lucky there far more ways to IP, so we can still make that call, but seriously; coaches don't come to you crying about the foot-work anymore and if we call IP they accept it even quicker.

We must not forget: It's their game (players/coaches), we are only on the field because they can't judge treir own games. We must enforce the/their rules.
And because we want to have the best seats to watch the game

I voted based on the knowledge of the impact that the "celebrity" coaches have on rule changes.

I am sure you can guess how I voted.
