bats in new york

there is a question on this years fed test that references "flare grip" and "cone grip" in the bat section. can anyone help me out with these terms?

A cone grip is exactly that: a grip that's in the shape of a cone. Like this cone.


A flare grip is like a cone grip, except it is slightly curved.

I haven't decided if I should call it from the dugout or the outfield. Apparently, both have really great views!
