Considering the names you mentioned, especially Willie Nelson, I don't think it is that far of a stretch to think it could be the Delta Rhythm Kings.

Roy Rogers | bio

First time I saw the band was at SunFest in West Palm Beach. Granted, it was about a dozen years ago, but he's still good.

I've never owned one, and I don't think I've ever listened to one. I have no idea how to put music in an iPod.

First, you pull out your iPod/8-track adaptor...

Well and truth be told, he could be on my play list, as his style is represented, just haven't gotten around to him.
Coincidently, he played here (Sebastian, FL) - a free little Sunday afternoon thing.

Unfortunately, I was in Gainesville watching my daughter graduate (along with Stacey Nelson, Tim Teabow and a few thousand others..... (Proud father - I had to stick that in):D

I have a big box of 8 tracks tapes in the basement. Some great ones, too.

Wow! You must have never played them. Otherwise they would have jammed on the 10th play and ended up, like all the rest, in the trash.

What's this? No DC Talk? Newsboys? ;)

iPod is packed somewhere but here's a few off the top of my head. I'm pretty mainstream but like a wide variety:

Billy Joel, ZZ Top, Third Day, Newsboys, Tom Petty, Foreigner, Journey, Bon Jovi, Hootie and the Blowfish, Gary Allan, Brad Paisley, Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, Lee Ann Womack,Alison Krauss and Union Station, Drop Kick Murphys, Flogging Molly, Social Distortion, Soundtrack to Band of Brothers with the London Metropolitan Orchestra, Soundtrack to Braveheart with the London Symphony Orchestra

Wife bought me a new 4GB "Shuffle" to run with.....now, if I only knew THAT MANY songs I could actually fill it up!

OK, I don't have an IPOD. But I too got a SIRIUS radio for my car for Christmas. But if I did have an IPOD, here's my list:

1. Smooth Jazz
2. Old Skool R&B
3. Country (like Reba and not Willie)
4. Mexican (includes TexMex)

Now, if I only knew Santa personally.
