It looks as if Miken is accepting responsibility for their mistake and are taking corrective action AND accepting returns.

I talked to a couple of players who called Worth last week and Worth put up a fight telling them that ASA will reverse themselves. Both players said Worth eventually gave them the information needed to return their banned bat for a replacement.
