This was awarded to the Hilton on Myrtle Beach, SC.
The order of finish was: Myrtle Beach San Diego Orlando Tucson Buffalo Louisville Special Events awarded the following tournaments for 2011 South Bend IN - Men's Major FP Salem, OR - Women's Major, A & B FP Women's 23U FP Men's 40O FP Men's 45O FP Men's 50O FP Fresno, CA - Men's B FP Prescott, AZ - Men's C West FP Men's 16" West SP Burlington, NC - Men's Senior East SP Fort Collins, CO - Men's Senior West SP Dothan, AL - Women's 35O SP Watertown, SD - Girls JO SP

Since it's in Myrtle Beach, I might want to stop on by next year.

Dave I haven't decided if I should call it from the dugout or the outfield. Apparently, both have really great views! Screw green, it ain't easy being blue! I won't be coming here that much anymore. I might check in now and again.

I tend to avoid MB during the summer, as it gets too crowded. Not so crowded during November, though not cold enough to keep people from holding fast pitch tournaments down there. My DD was invited to a fill-in opportunity down there this weekend. Too bad we've other things that have to get done this weekend.
I just hope what's left of Ida moves out in time for it to dry out.
