My bad for confusing anyone. As I stated that I calmly volunteered my overrulings, it wasn't blatant, it was directly to my partner. I don't know how to describe his character but to put it shortly he was less than squared away, & everyone could tell he was new, they know me, so they were simply thankful that the calls were made right. Had I not stepped in, I might not have a butt to sit on anymore.

It would be rule in the case where BU called R1 out based on his thinking it was a force out. R1 wasn't tagged.
& as far as the runner touching the plate or not (of course I pondered how it would affect a closer game) it would have been their only run, & we still had a run rule.
