The rule book says the strike zone is determined by a "natural batting stance". What do you do when you have a player that is much shorter than the other players, and then when she bats, she squats like she's taking a dump in the woods? The girl I'm talking about crouches so deeply that her thighs are below paralell (sp?) with the ground. She's the lead-off and never swings the bat, when she's crouched like that the 'strike zone' is only about 1.5 feet tall or less...

Watch her in the OD Circle or when she is taking her practice swings before entering the batters box.........

Make a mental note........because you have just observed her "Natural Batting Stance"...........grin
