I know that we will call strike when the ball pass in the strike zone.

But in my propos try make it easy to judment for call strike, because of ball will trow in trajector will difficual to call strike.

Easy way we will juded on where the ball drop, we will make the strike plate and put it on the ground, the ball touch any part of strike plate it's will be strike.

Ball can not trow at less high of the batter head high but the top of ball trow not limit.

Larry:

I don't know why you're directing this to me:

"Ha! Blue-Z, check with your area commissioner, if there are league rules; he could post them so all umpires in your league would be on the same page. Good Luck !"

I don't have an area commissioner. I'm retired from umping. And, I NEVER worked a game without knowing the rules. It was someone else trying to define the strike zone in a league he's going to work.

I can't understand how anyone would accept an assignment without finding out the rules they play by. I also don't understand how someone could assign games without informing the umps of the rules for the league.
