I know several of the guys on this board are not especially fond of +pos, having had difficulty with delivery and customer service.

I ordered a new resin mask last Tuesday. Delivery time was quoted to me as four working days. It shipped Wednesday and was waiting for me on the front porch today when I got home. I can't wait until tomorrow so I can use it!

The customer service person was helpful and friendly - and obviously truthful to me. Hopefully they have made the appropriate adjustments.

Fish,

I am sure that everyone now and then has had problems with
one company or another when they have ordered things. All
large ordering outlets make mistakes. I have been most
forunate, and have not had any problems with pluspos. Been
ordering since 88 from them. Also would recommend Honigs,
and Davis. But as stated I am sure they too have had some
orders mixed up. Does not make them a bad apple. We as
umpires make some bad calls, but does not make us bad.[grin].
