Okay you are right when B/R 1st retreated he was not delaying or avoiding a tag. So actually I guess you have B/R out when F4 throws to F3 on the bag at 1st which removes the force on R1. So R1 is safe on the tag at 1st and at this time the BU should of made the "OUT" call and signal on the B/R letting F3 and R1 know of the situation and at this age (7 & 8 yrs) I would probably call time to kill the play. Older groups I guess B/R continue running after the BU proper call to avoid the tag would be a case for interference and R1 would also be out BUT a situation that is probably avoided with the proper call by the BU
