Oh, SOFTBALL equipment?

Hmm... For my hats, I take a little nail scrubber and wash them in the sink. Helps to get the really dug-in dirt out of the band.

I've heard some guys like to use Windex or Febreze to brighten their shoes. I think it gives too much of a shine, though.

Periodically, I like to put some waterproofing stuff on my jackets to let the rain just slide off. Doesn't leave any spots.

Are baseball umpires that incapable of cleaning their stuff that they have to devote a thread to it?

I haven't decided if I should call it from the dugout or the outfield. Apparently, both have really great views!
