Two local teams
I haven't had time to pay attention to the various youth World Series that are going on, but I just found out that Robbinsville, NJ, a local team, is in the final of the 12u softball World Series tonight at 7 on ESPN2.
Another 12u local team, from Hamilton, is in the Babe Ruth World Series. They have one loss and must get past two teams to reach the finals. I've worked their games many times. So I guess New Jersey isn't yet a total loss. Even so, I plan to be in my new house in Blount Springs, Alabama, by mid-September.
