Anyone ordered from officialgear.com recently?
 
The 800 order number didn't work from Canada and I did not get a reply to e-mails sent to the address on the site, so I just submitted an order online. That was 2 weeks ago and and it hasn't been processed. Are they still in business?

They should be... I ordered from them a few weeks ago, and I got my gear promptly. Maybe they're slammed since everyone just got their National assignments, and they're rushing to get Fechheimer pants?

I ordered new uniforms from them in the middle of May and had them ship it two day. I received the package on time with no problems.

True. True. I ordered another pair of authorized base pants 10 days ago. The order was processed within a day and I received them earlier this week.

I just looked at my order history, and my last order was placed on 05/30/08. It arrived on 06/05/08, if my memory's correct. The usual time, I suppose.

A Canadian shipping rate came up on the site, so everything seemed to be fine. I just checked my credit card statement online (again) and noticed that my card was charged 9-Jul, but no shipping date appears in my order history.

The company was ASA PROPERTIES 405-425-3445 so it looks like I can try that # tomorrow.

with six days.

I've emailed her in the past, but that was years ago. She did respond back then. It's June, so maybe she's on vacation or something.
