I phoned them today and they confirmed that the order shipped on 10-Jun. The next time I passed by the main office at work the package was on the counter. Thanks for the comments, all!

I've ordered from them on line three times in the last 6 weeks and got everything within 1-2 days. But FWIW, I emailed them asking questions a couple of times back in March and never got a response. I finally called them and they told me I probably would not get a response to my email. No explanation given. Other than that oddity, all transactions have been very good and delivered very fast including over Memorial Day weekend.
