Arizona pitcher ?
Is it just me-- or is she stepping to her left and releasing the ball to the left of the pitcher's plate ? Is that OK in NCAA softball ?

Where have you been?

Mowatt has been throwing illegally like that for years. It is one of those things that tend to get overlooked at a certain level.

I guess my question was answered. I find it strange that no opposing coach along the way ever made it an issue. Maybe someone did and I missed it.

Coaches leave it alone to protect their own. It's one of those things the coaches will talk about enforcing, but the minute an umpire does....
