Cool

Had a fantastic game last nite. The two pitchers were
really on their games. Both had six strikeouts in the
first two innings. However, the pitcher for the home
team doubled in bottom of 1st, stole 3B on first pitch
and when catcher threw ball to 3rd, F5 let it dribble a
few feet beyond her and that was it. Home team pitcher
struck out 15 and had a perfect game until the top of 6th
where with two outs, F3 dropped a simple throw from F4 for
the error and only runner visitor's had. Visiting pitcher
had 10 K's and allowed only two hits. Quick and simple
game.

Portion corrected was the stole 2B - changed to correct
reading of stole 3B---Thanks SamC

SamC's post is correct, I edited mine to reflect what I
actually meant in the first place, but erred in typing
and Sam brought it to my attention.

glen............

As Steve likes to say...........sometimes our "fat fingers" get the better of us and we type mistakes........

BTW..........to glen.......Katie played her 2nd 10U game tonight........one of her coaches is the female coach that you met in Beaumont last year in the 18U AFA States........

She went 1-1 with a walk........(her team is 6-0......2-0 since she has been on it.....)

She decided cheerleading wasn't her bag.............grin

Thumbs up

Joel,

Gald to hear that Katie is back to being Katie. All
that AFA stuff is coming up soon, so maybe this time
she will be down for some it and 'natch' her Dad will
have to be with the team.....
