Hey folks,
How many of you gents and ladies are seeing runners on 3rd linger off the base until the BR gets to 1st after a walk? I have only done a couple of scrimages so far, but so far I'm seeing the old behavior of R1 (on 3rd) retreating back to the base as soon as the pitcher gets the ball in the circle. So either the coaches aren't teaching the new rule or the players haven't gotten used to it yet... or something. How about the rest of you folks? What kind of behavior are you seeing? SamC
