First draft of schedule

It's getting close. Last week, we had our interpretors' meeting for high school and Monday we have our meeting with the coaches and the rest of the chapter. Meanwhile, first draft of my spring schedule came through -13 softball, 12 baseball, and 16 college - add in a few clincs, scrimmages.... I started cleaning & checking some of the gear last week before my first scrimmage - looks like I'll only be replacing a few uniforms this year and maybe getting some new plate shoes.

You wanna talk about it being close? Today there were scrimmages all over North Texas where we had the time to get out and work with rookie umpires, while the coaches had a chance to look at their teams in a game setting. The season begins on Monday. It was a nice day around here to get out and work out the cobwebs and kinks.
