NCAA Conference Rule

Wanted to start a new thread for this question. NCAA Conference rule says umpire shall not allow more than one defensive/offensive conference PER INNING. Offender is ejected.

OK if I read that as it is written..in the top half of the inning Team A holds a D conference. In bottom half of same inning Team A head coach holds an O conference...Head coach can't?????? It says only one per inning??
