NCAA Conference Rule
 

Wanted to start a new thread for this question. NCAA Conference rule says umpire shall not allow more than one defensive/offensive conference PER INNING. Offender is ejected.

OK if I read that as it is written..in the top half of the inning Team A holds a D conference. In bottom half of same inning Team A head coach holds an O conference...Head coach can't?????? It says only one per inning??

You are only looking at the "Effect". Might be helpful if the entire rule is read. Of course, it could be that they just walked into the same trap ASA did last year with the Effect of a HR at the D level.:D
