Acutally, this isn't spam. It is a legitimate website and it even has an umpire's corner and a link to ASA to become an umpire.

The spot in the website says this about ASA umpiring: "The ASA umpire program is among the nation's largest officiating organizations with over 42,000 officials actively involved each year.
