Dakota,

Maybe this weekend. Have a tournament with 36 teams,
ages 12U through 18U. Have three tournaments coming
up pretty fast. Had one last week, this weekend and
have one 1-2 Dec and 7-8-9 Dec. Have been told that
the one on 7-8-9 Dec tentatively has 54 teams in it.
AFA qualifier.

OK, I'm jealous.

Now's the time of year when I start reading & studying the rule books.

'Course I did just get the first part of next year's college games, now gotta wait on the other assignor.

I'm jeaous, too. Fall ball has been over for over a month. We're done until March, when rules clinics and state umpire schools begin. Teams don't start play until May.

I keep prowling these boards hoping for some eSoftball.

Maybe we should just start an argument, just for fun?

Teach a man to fish and he could be gone every weekend.

Ever see Grumpy Old Men? No flyfishing 'round these parts this time of the year.

And, heck, I can think of lots of things at once...
balls, strikes, leaving early, checked swing, IFR situation, crow hop, ...

Thumbs up RE: This Tournament

Only 22 teams showed. Good teams and good ball.
Had four games Sat. and four Sun. with champion-
ship. Sorry Dakota, nothing to bring up for any
discussion. Everything went smoothly. Cannot
duplicate Sam C's play in any fashion. .

Also have not gone back to it since was asked to
look at it in different light.
