Does anyone here disagree with this?

In ASA (fast pitch game), when the batter becomes a BR due to a walk, the look back rule goes into effect as soon as the pitcher has possession of the ball in the circle for all runners already on base who are not forced to advance.

For the BR on a walk, and for any runner forced to advance, the look back rule goes into effect the same as with a batted ball.

All runners are treated independently under the look back rule.

If you disagree, please say why.

Since a number of umpires (who may not post here) do disagree, I would also appreciate responses if you DO agree.
