I hope he was being sarcastic. I hope he learns sarcasm doesn't seem to be working for him....

but at the same time, oh, how there were times I would have loved to do it.

Personally, I think the ump did it well.
I don't recommend it but you gotta give him some points on having the guts to lay it out like that.
