Terry,
Roger is correct, NFHS Rule 1, Sec 3, Art 6. breaks it down 2001 Rule book, and not sure, but do not think that that rule changed for 2002. Roger says this rule is same in USSSA, I cannot agree nor disagree because I have never seen their rule book. Most other associations specify mitts only for catchers and first basepersons. (If they so desire, dont think that Mitts are mandatory.) glen
