Too much of a compliment calling him a fan - maybe bystander or stretching it a little, spectator. That's without getting out my dictionary for what I really think.


Amazing how many recent posts we have that make us think 9-1-1.

Definitely an assault charge. Hopefully you filed this with the local PD as soon as you "walked away."

Protect yourself first, then as you are driving your knee into his spine to control him, ask your partner to hand you the phone so you can call 9-1-1.
