evaluation forms ??

I got asked to serve on the evaluation committee
for the local high school softball umpires group.
Is there a link or can someone e-mail me a useful
form to use in keeping track of individual umpires ?

I'm pretty sure our state association provided them to the association secretary so umpires could be evaluated. I may be wrong on that, but it should be a good place to start. Also check with any local associations.

Here is a link to a NCAA evaluation form, also under High School on the Cactus Umpires website there is an online evaluation form that could be easy to use, if a chapter has their own website.

I have altered the Cactus Umpires form by changing the header and it has done a great job for our association. there is no point in re inventing the wheel on stuff like that.

yes--that form looks like one we can use
with some modifications--
fairly straightforward and to the point !!
