Had four games in a good HS tournament today. All plate's. Games
were 55 finish batter.

Game 1 - 3-2, OBS at the plate gave up the winning run. No argument from coach
of obstructing team.

Game 2 - 5-3, had coaches interference and batter hitting ball second time
with bat and out of box.

Game 3 - 2-1, great game, long HR. Still going, I think.

Game 4 - 11-0, and nothing happened.

Have six tomorrow, three pool and three bracket.

Scott, hold the rain in your area until we finish.

Glen,

We will hold the rain until late Friday evening. Expecting rain to continue through Saturday night.

College tourney starts tomorrow morning. 13 games scheduled for Friday & Saturday.

85 degrees today - 42 expected high for tomorrow

And I wonder why I have sinus trouble.

Gary

She, coach, grabbed runner to stop her from going home.

You heard what Gary said. We are doing our best to keep it north of us. However...it is looking sort of bleak this morning.

After freezing last night in 30 mph north winds, I just as soon have the weather come in and cancel tonight's games and the tournies this weekend. Cold, wet weather and I just don't get along.

The irony of yesterdays games is, it was 81 degrees(27 degrees celsius debeau) at gametime. By the end of the first game (little over an hour) it had dropped to 62(17). We got the varsity game underway as quickly as we could, but still, by the end of that contest it was 45(7) with subfreezing wind chills.

Thanks guys .
Woke up this morning 6am for a glorious sunny day .
Already 18 degrees .
Looking forward to 4 games , first game 9am .

Jealous ?

Fahrenheit to Celsius:
85F = about 29 C

85-32 divided by 1.8 = Celsius
So in one of the above examples, the temperature was 29C, next day 7C.

Right now in Seattle it is 0C.

Celsius, like the metric system, is too easy. When it's freezing, it's zero. When it's boiling, it's 100.

That's the same temperature we have here in North Texas right now.

Gawd forgive me, but I do NOT miss those "blue northers" in TX, OK, etc.

I do, however, miss getting to go to the store and get the Blue Bell "Flavor of the Month."

Tis a treat indeed!!! I am still a big Tin Roof fan, myself!

Worst part is that it was 80 degrees yesterday. I left work at 4:30, it was 78... went to buy something and left the store 15 minutes later... it was 71. Got home half an hour later, it was 58. Went out to help my youngest get off the trampoline a half hour later and it was FREAKING COLD. Now we're worried about ice tonight and tomorrow...

God I love Dallas.
