ITB? Don't believe HS uses the international tie breaker everywhere.

We use it in ITB for JV.. I actually didnt know it til I was working a game and at the end of 7 a girl trots out to 2nd.. whats going on coach? TB.. ok... play ball.. Verified it through UIC later.. yep they use it.
