U12 - Play to any position, even dropped third. Throw takes the first baseman to the foul side of first base. First base man fields the ball, and steps on the orange safety base instead of the white base. Batter out or safe?

If you are talking ASA the batter is out if an errant throw pulls F3 into foul ground, the defense and the batter-runner can use the white or colored portion

Rule 2-H-1-C

got to bag before runner. Also Rule
