Per ASA "the fourth, and each additional, charged conferences in a seven inning game, shall result in the removal of the pitcher". If the coach takes a TO in the first, and then again in the second but alos changes pitchers at the time of the second TO. Am I understanding correctly that the second TO does not go against the count of "4" because a pitching change was made??
