Since it came up in another post I will mention how things
went today. I cut 17 1" X 20" X 10' boards from one butt cut. Long leaf pine that my son had blown down in his yard. Good start for the siding on my house. 14 1" X 12 1/2" X 10' boards from another tree that was donated. Things going well. Even going to call ball this weekend.

Jel,
How you and the misses doing? I have the patch you sent me sewn on one of my TASO jackets. Probably get some negative reactions, but I can take the heat. Thanks

Glad to hear the mail reached you during all the turmoil down that way. All is well up this way, starting to get the '06 season up and running. Sounds as if you are doing well also, calling ball, cutting wood, building houses etc. I thought you were supposed to be sick! Guess you can't keep a good man down. Happy to hear you are well.
