Runner on first with no outs. Batter hits ground ball to short who gets the force out at 2nd. Batter/runner rounds first to the right and loops around back to the bag and continues to 2nd( she never stopped moving forward). The pitcher had the ball in the circle before she reached first base.

Speaking ASA fastpitch...

The runner is out.

By turning to the right after overrunning 1st, the runner has committed to 1st base.

re: ASA 8-8-T-e reads:
THE RUNNER IS OUT (Fast Pitch Only) LOOK BACK RULE. A batter-runner who over-runs first bast toward right field, and turns right, is committed to first base and must return to first base. EFFECT ...the runner is out.
