Question

Just wondering: Which rules is the World Cup being played under; ASA, ISF, etc? Noticed that ASA umpires are being used (at least, that's the uniform being worn by the umpires).

From what I understand, they are using ISF. If not, there wouldn't be any "announced" intentional walks or 7-run mercy rule.
