Retired runner interference (interferes with a defensive players opportunity) causes the most advanced runner also to be out, regardless of intent or the fielder actually trying to make a play. Is that in all rule books?

OK, I really don't care about all books, just the important ones - NFHS, NCAA, PONY, LL, ASA, ISF.
