Retired runner interference (“interferes with a defensive player’s opportunity”) causes the most advanced runner also to be out, regardless of intent or the fielder actually trying to make a play. Is that in all rule books?

OK, I really don't care about all books, just the important ones - NFHS, NCAA, PONY, LL, ASA, ISF.

That's my problem too, needing to bother with PONY and LL.
