Having trouble obtaining an ASA rule book:
Need the rule on the 5th inning mercy rule, is it 10 runs or 12 runs and also the 3rd inning is it 15 or 20 runs, or is it the 4th inning that it applies?

Thanks

Then I'm assuming SP. The answer is 12 runs after 5/4.5 and 20 runs after 4/3.5 (visitors winning/home winning).

Mike's right, unless you have a local rule that governs a lower limit, like 15 after 3 (or 2.5) and 10 after 5 (or 4.5).
