JEL - I'll be heading down to your area from Maine in Aug for the 18U. You have already given me some great advice from an earlier post. Thanks of the help. This post just drives home the fact how important it is to drink. I do sweat very much and will need to stay on top of it.
If I can put in my weather order for Aug: I will take mid 70's with low humidity. What are the chances?
