Although this has been covered on several post. It is that time of year
again. Before a tournament, I start drinking propel or gatorade on Thursday,
along with lots of water. Cut coffee and Dr. Peppers to none. Drink water
every 1/2 inning. Not a lot, but some. I eat bannanas, strawberries and
orange slices all during the day. Grapes are great also. Mc, speedy recovery.
