12U Girls fastpitch. One out, runners at 1st and 2nd.
Ground ball to infield, defense throws to third. The play is very close, FU (in position behind 3rd base) calls runner safe. Defensive team's coach appeals to PU, PU & FU meet, and PU calls runner out. Questions: 1. Can this play be appealed? 2. If not, can the call/game be protested by offensive coach? 3. What play's (according to ASA) can be appealed?
