Last night I am calling a game and on one batter we had a 3-2 count. The pitch comes in and everyone knows it is a strike, My mind tells me what a beautiful pitch it was and my mouth says "Ball" I couldn't believe I said it myself afterwards but then instead of going to first the batter walks in the dugout! I call the out and play continues. Thanks Batter!
