Last night I replaced my base shoes with a new pair of Dr Scholls Matrix. Great buy.
100% black; the "gel" support system, and an agressive tread that should work well in grass/dirt. Very light - my size 13's only weigh 14 oz. Under $27 at Wal-Mart. I can buy two pair for the price of one pair of "official" base shoes sold at Honigs, etc. Anyone needing new shoes should take a trip to Wal-Marts WMB
