Tom & Grey gave you the right answers.

As for the DQ'd coach - yes, coach remains on the bench & may not leave the bench unless there is an injury or the game is over - I'd also allow a DQ'd coach to leave the bench to breakup a fight.

As for the ejected coach - gone from sight & sound. The ejected player must stay on the bench - that's a safety thing in that we don't send a young female away unsupervised.
