Question
can someone tell me where I can get a 2005 NCAA Women's Softball Rule Book? I did a few games last year on the spur of the moment and a friend of mine sent me a one year old one to at least help a little. This year I have more notice. Thanks, Dave

Check the site that my southern namessake listed. The NCAA has put their rulebook and umpire manual online for free download.
