One of my fellow umps sent this to me.
"When having to make a call on a tag at 3rd, after hustling to get there from home plate, my former partner rang the runner out with a big overhand call. The runner looked up and said, "you've got to be kidding." My partner replied, "I didn't run 60' to call you safe!" Carry a little cheer into the new year! WMB
